These terms apply when you use foliloop.com. By playing the games you agree to them.

Using the games

The games are free for personal, non-commercial use. You don’t need an account. Please don’t interfere with the site, for example by automating play at scale, scraping content, or trying to get around how ads or game rules work.

Our content

The pictures, stories, text and code on Foliloop belong to Foliloop or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links, the result text from the share button, and screenshots of your own games for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don’t republish the pictures or stories elsewhere without asking.

Many pictures are created with AI tools and then selected and edited by people. They show imagined scenes. Places and periods are drawn from real life, but people and events in the stories are fictional.

Advertising

The site shows ads from third parties. We aren’t responsible for the content of ads or for the websites they link to. Watching an optional video ad for a reward is always your choice.

Your progress

Progress is stored only in your browser. It can be lost if you clear your browser data, use private browsing, switch devices, or if your browser removes stored data. We can’t restore it for you.

No warranty

We work hard to keep Foliloop running and correct, but the site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause or remove games and content at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Foliloop is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the update.
